Accu-Pin™ Technology 
Pictured is an automatic pin-insertion machine designed for a Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry. It has the ability to determine placement and assured accuracy of + 1 mm.
For this project AES provided the customer with the design and an on-time schedule of less than 6 months from acceptance of quote to first piece inspection by the customer at our facility.
The unattended machine automatically feeds the parts to a series of length and pin-to-pin dimensions and inserts the pins utilizing our Accu-Pin™ patent pending technology. This technology assures the parts are in compliance to our customer's specification.
