 Since 1985, Advanced Engineered Systems, Inc. (AES) has provided superior engineering and manufacturing solutions for specialized manufacturing needs and custom solutions for the automotive industry, consumer packaging, welding and assembly automation, custom machining and manufacturing, as well as industrial control panel assembly. 

AES also developed and patented the Accu-Pin^™machine that obtains a new level of accuracy for rubber extrusion pin placement for the automotive industry.

RD Systems was founded in 1973 and is a division of AES.  RD Systems has over 30 years of unsurpassed expertise and quality in custom automated machine design and production. RD System’s high-speed technology has been successfully applied in the ammunition, battery, electronics, medical and writing instrument industries. 

RD Systems also developed and patented the Easymation®, which incorporates three basic automation motions into one unit.
